I joined Farrell's in the summer of 2010 because I was tired of my normal weight training routine. Also, I needed a specific time to work out, otherwise time seemed to slip away. By the end of my 10 weeks my aerobic capacity had increased (although it took about six months before I was no longer huffing and puffing!) and I had greater muscle definition. I definitely feel better so much so that I wanted to become an instructor and teach others what I've learned. As any of you who have taken my classes know, I'm all about form and about letting classmates know the why behind what we do. I especially love seeing the women in class become more strong and confident. You go, girls! I live in Cedar Falls with my husband, Phil, and our two black-and-white rescue cats, Oreo and Orbit.
